Refund and Returns Policy

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, on certain conditions as mentioned below you will be able to return the products that are purchased. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

What I can return and when?

(a) You receive a damaged product during shipping.
(b) You receive a product that is different from what you ordered.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within four (4) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached with packing.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@divingduck.in to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number with the pictures of the product. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address: Calyx Commodities: #115C, 1st Phase, KIADB Industrial Area, Harohalli, Kanakpura Dist, Ramanagara 562112

REFUNDS or REPLACEMENT

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or replace. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
